Joyce was a very sweet, sensitive and kind person. She was a very important part of my childhood,my best friend.I will never forget how we use to go to the park by the Cleveland Greenhouse and lay on the grass making clover necklaces and planning on marrying doctors when we grew up. I sometimes went to church with her and her family at Antioch Baptist church. Her mother, Mrs. Mildred Hubbard was a warm and cultured individual.I remember them both and Joyce’s sister Marcia with much fondness. I’m sure God is pleased with all of them, and I will always miss Joycey Poicy as I used to call her.
